>> Turbo Charger

Turbo Charger Automotive

Turbo charger is a gas compressor equipment used for the purpose of forced breathing in a combustion engine in either petrol or diesel. In addition, turbo charger is intended to increase the density of air into the engine to produce more power.

Turbo charger consists of a compressor driven by a turbine, driven by engine exhaust gas itself out through the exhaust manifold. A turbo charger consists of a turbine and a compressor connected to a shaft of the same. Turbine exhaust gas to convert a rotation force of the next move in the air compressor to attract and mengepamnya to the intake manifold pressure is higher to produce more mass of air entering the cylinder space during operation for each engine intake stroke.

Air flow that allows high pressure to maintain the engine combustion chamber with a load air / fuel even at high engine speeds, increasing horsepower and torque output engines.

Meanwhile, to avoid increased air pressure is too high and the engine knocking as well as other physical damage, air pressure must be controlled in rotational speed control with turbo charger. Functions performed by the wastegate, the drain part of the exhaust gas turbine exhaust dodge. It controls shaft speed and control air pressure in the cavity input.
